4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

When booking spiritual coaching or healing sessions with Elevare Spirit, please note the following policies:

• Booking Confirmation: Sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified.
• Cancellation by Client: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee. This policy allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
• Cancellation by Elevare Spirit: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
• Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your session, the duration may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
• Online Sessions: For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and appropriate technology. Technical difficulties on your end do not warrant a refund if we are ready to conduct the session.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments for Services must be made according to the pricing displayed on our Website or as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our booking platform.

Session Packages: Packages of multiple sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable and expire after the specified period.

Workshops and Events: Registration fees for workshops and events are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Elevare Spirit. However, we may offer credit toward future services on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our downloadable content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download has commenced.

Refunds: If you have concerns about any charge or service, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
