It is sensible to ask questions before choosing support. These answers describe our scope and approach; they do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
What does integration support involve?
Integration support helps you reflect on an experience, understand what it may mean to you, and translate useful insights into grounded everyday choices. It is collaborative, confidential, and paced around your needs.
Do you provide psychedelic substances or medical treatment?
No. Elevare Spirit does not supply substances, prescribe medication, diagnose conditions, or replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency care.
How far in advance should I prepare?
Where possible, we recommend beginning preparation around three weeks before a planned journey. Follow-up may begin soon after and continue over the following one to three months, depending on your needs and support plan.
What about antidepressants or other medication?
Never stop, reduce, or change prescribed medication on your own. Medication and health questions must be reviewed with the prescribing clinician or pharmacist before making any decision.
What should I bring into a preparation session?
Bring your questions, relevant goals, current supports, and any concerns you want to discuss. We may explore boundaries, practical safety, aftercare, rest, and how you will access professional help if needed.
What happens if I feel unsafe or overwhelmed?
Contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services immediately if there is imminent danger, severe confusion, chest pain, seizure, or thoughts of harming yourself or someone else. Elevare Spirit is not an emergency service.
How is confidentiality handled?
We treat personal information respectfully and explain the limits of confidentiality before work begins. Please read our Privacy Policy and ask questions before sharing sensitive information.
Still have a question?
Send a message and we will clarify whether our support is appropriate for your situation.
